Hey y'all!

Can you believe it's already November? Halloween is packed away, and before we know it we'll be passing the dressing and wrapping presents. I love this time of year more than just about anything, but I'll be honest with y'all: it can get away from you real quick.

So this month I made you not one but TWO free printable planners to keep everything right on track. Well, come on then, let me show you!

Free Planner #1: My Thanksgiving Host Planner

Here's my secret for hosting: I make the turkey, the dressing and the gravy, and I let everybody else bring a side or a dessert. People want to help, so let them! But you've got to write it down, or you'll end up with four pans of mac and cheese and no rolls.

This planner is the sheet I stick on my fridge every November. It has:

  • A guest list with room for RSVPs, how many kids are coming, and anybody's dietary needs
  • Who's bringing what, so every dish has a name next to it
  • My menu at a glance, from the main event to the desserts
  • My hosting checklist, from counting chairs the week before to sending folks home with leftover plates

Free Planner #2: My Christmas Gift Budget Planner

Y'all know I've been real honest about paying down debt, and Christmas is where it can sneak up on you. Nobody wants to start January staring at a credit card bill. So before I buy one single gift, I sit down and decide what I can really spend, and then I stick to it.

This planner walks you through exactly how I do it:

  • Set your Christmas budget before you spend a dime
  • Split it up between gifts, stocking stuffers, Christmas supper, wrapping paper, cards and postage
  • A gift list for up to 20 people, with a budget, what you spent, and a box to check when it's bought and wrapped
  • My favorite tips for keeping Christmas from breaking the bank

Here's one of those tips for free right now: start a "next Christmas" jar in January. Even $10 a week adds up to $520 by next December!

Get both planners, free!

Pop in your name and email and they're yours, plus a brand-new free goodie from me every month. Print them out, stick them on the fridge, and let's go!
